The general manager, Alexis, was extremely rude, abrasive, and condensing in my opinion. I hope she was just having a bad day, but unfortunately there are other reviews on here about her behavior, so travelers beware!
Her lack of professionalism is notable, as she even initially refused to give her name when I asked, saying it was not necessary information for me to know. I had to ask multiple times, because I thought it was ludicrous a GM wouldn't do so.
I was forced to report her behavior to corporate, and luckily, they were able to investigate and handle the complaint about her conduct.
Bordentown is a very small community, so I (and I'm sure others in town) will find her actions to be very disappointing...

BEWARE SCAM ALERT: I booked a stay through a third party website to stay here for one night. I paid the flat fee on the website and when I arrived at the hotel they charged me an additional $100 security deposit. I was told that it was just a hold and I would receive it back after my stay. Everything went smoothly until I checked my bank statement and see that the “security deposit” was actually a charge on my card. Were there any damages to the room? No. Also No one over stayed their welcome either. Check out went smoothly. I don’t know where this place gets off lying about something and then charging peoples card without reasoning or permission. I will be reporting this further. I will not be returning back and others stay clear of this location.
Update: I also got word that the manager goes around banging on all the doors at 11 am for people to leave and check out.
