- CCCommander-RRDec 6, 20255.012-7-25, UPDATE: our 3rd day came back to the hotel and they had expired our key cards. Not cool at the end of our day. I never had that happen before at any Hampton. On a better note, this morning I was told we would have scrambled eggs, but instead there was western omelets again, same as 2 days prior. I got talking to Mike, the cook that morning, it was a different person the 2 days prior. He said he had not been informed what was served before his shift, and went in the kitchen cooking me a plate of scrambled eggs. I have NEVER had this kind of service at ANY Hampton we have stayed at. A big part why we settled on only staying at Hamptons was the hot breakfast. Mike should be commended for his outstanding kindness. 12-6-25 A while back this hotel had a lower star rating so we didn't stay here. I'm not sure why because this is an awesome Hotel. I've been in three-star Hamptons and this one is just as nice. Everyone I've met that works here are very nice, polite and kind. The first night we were here we needed something and called the front desk. The woman answered with a very upbeat happy voice and quickly brought us up what we needed right to our room which is on the third floor. We had a small issue with the shower and the maintenance man was up and fixed it in a matter of minute. Things happen, things break, but you don't always get the quick service that we got to get it fixed. The maintenance man was also very friendly and kind. Breakfast was out right at 6am, hot and very good. The woman working there was also very friendly and kind. What more can one ask, nothing from us that's for sure. This will be our go to hotel from now on for visiting the grandkids. I thank everyone here for being so kind. May God bless all of you for working so hard to make our stay wonderful.

I especially want to highlight the front desk staff—there was a white gentleman working when I checked in who was incredibly helpful and professional. He greeted me warmly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. His friendly attitude really set the tone for my visit. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to others!
