I especially want to highlight the front desk staff—there was a white gentleman working when I checked in who was incredibly helpful and professional. He greeted me warmly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. His friendly attitude really set the tone for my visit. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were great. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to others!
- APAngie PeckOct 12, 20252.0Two stars because the woman that took care of of the breakfast bar had it immaculately clean and fully stocked for breakfast! She was so nice and friendly. I checked in at night. Front desk clerk was outside having a smoke so had to wait a bit for him. Parking lot was completely full with not enough handicap parking. Rooms appear nice but the mattresses were on top of a ghetto metal holder and the mattress didn’t fit (it was too small); causing the mattress to slide all around when you moved. Because of this metal holder, I hit my shin and legs on it every time I got up or walked around the bed. Air unit in room was extremely loud! Sounded like an airplane was in our room. Doors slam pretty loud with zero effort so we heard doors all night.
