  My wife and I stayed two nights here. The hotel is very modernized and cozy. The lobby is beautiful and the free parking is easily accessible. My wife and I loved the morning breakfast, and Starbucks being in the lobby was a lifesaver. The rooms are lovely and very spacious. We did however have two minor problems. The heat was not working in our room the first night with a room temperature of 62 degrees. Micheal from the first desk resolved the issue by changing our room for the following night. He was a pleasure to work with. In the second room we noticed the window had a crack and over 10 ladybugs were flying inside the room on the window. We never mentioned it because it’s just ladybugs and we were already overwhelmed from the festivities we had throughout the day. All in all it was a great stay. I would still recommend the hotel.

  Embassy suites is great awesome location great service. They have a awesome breakfast bar. Their rooms are really clean spacious and nice. Me and my wife are staying here for a wedding with our golden retriever. Who is our service dog they are very accommodating. The bed is spacious and clean and I have nothing but great things to say about this place

  We had our wedding on October 31, 2025, and it was truly everything we could have hoped for. Amy was such a pleasure to work with so kind, responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process. Prince was our maitre’d and was absolutely fantastic. He kept everything running seamlessly and made sure the night flowed perfectly. Sonia and Patti were our wedding attendants and I can’t say enough about Patti she was incredible! She stayed by my side all night, bustled my dress, made sure I ate and even held onto my lipstick for me! She went above and beyond even setting up our room that night with my veil beautifully laid out on the bed. The entire team far exceeded every expectation and truly made our day stress-free, enjoyable and unforgettable.

  I am very disappointed with my recent stay at this Hilton property. I also work under the Hilton brand, so I understand how important it is to provide genuine hospitality and maintain a positive image for the company. With such a beautiful hotel, I expected a much higher level of customer service from both the front desk and the Starbucks staff. I approached everyone with kindness and understanding, knowing firsthand how challenging some days at work can be. However, the way my boyfriend and I were treated felt dismissive and unwelcoming. It seemed as though we were being judged or treated differently because of how young we appear, which was very disappointing. I chose not to make an issue of it at the time, but I felt it was necessary to share my experience. The room itself was clean and comfortable, although I did notice there were no trash bags provided in any of the bins. I am not sure if that is standard practice in New Jersey, but it stood out as unusual. Overall, the hotel itself is impressive, but the lack of professionalism and warmth from the staff was very disappointing.

  Title: Very Disappointed – Dishonest and Unreliable I had booked two rooms at this hotel, but shortly before my stay they canceled one of them by email without any proper explanation. When I tried to contact them to fix the issue, they told me there were no rooms available, so I had to cancel my remaining reservation as well. I also called several times, and when they finally answered, as soon as I explained the situation, they hung up on me. That was extremely unprofessional. To make things worse, they still haven’t refunded my money, and the very next day I saw that they suddenly had four rooms available again — but at a higher price. This experience was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. The hotel is overpriced, unreliable, and not transparent. I would not recommend staying here. I just called the hotel once again to check the status of my refund as well as to see if we could book the rooms they had made available. They extremely rude individual with the reservation booking call would not allow us to rebook the rooms they cancelled and said “every website is a store, be careful who you buy from” and hung up. This hotel is attempting to gouge prices once they see their hotel is desirable for a specific time.
