I stayed at Conway’s Home2Suites for a month and it was a good experience. I would stay here again.
First, download the Hilton app. I was able to check-in there and you can use the app to open your room door and the gym via Bluetooth.
I’ll start by saying the staff offered great customer service. For example, they provided receipts (for work) prior to check out when requested. One weekend, I was informed a kids’ hockey team would be staying on my floor and I was offered a room change to avoid the noise. When one of the dryers broke, I informed the front desk and someone came to look at it minutes later. They weren’t able to fix it, so they let me dry my clothes in the hotel’s dryer, which was really nice.
Sidebar: while the washers in the laundry room for guests are sufficient, the dryers are not good. They never get really hot, so I had to either add more time or run a second cycle every time.
Breakfast was provided everyday and the ladies that prepared it were always friendly.
Overall, I appreciated the efforts of the staff.
Room wise, I stayed in a double queen. Plenty of space, kitchenette with a toaster, a few pots, plates, bowls, utensils, cups, microwave, and a good sized refrigerator. They provide you with paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and a sponge. You can plug a Roku/Firestick into the TV and there’s an outlet directly behind the TV for it. The bathrooms come with hand and body soap, body lotion, and shampoo/conditioner. The rooms get dark at night and have blackout curtains, so bring a few nightlights.
Room service comes every other day, starting on Wednesday.
An interesting feature, there were cameras everywhere. The hallways, gym, front lobby, etc. Great security wise.
Location wise, there is a market right behind the hotel. The area seems like a tourist attraction. There are numerous restaurants, additional markets, Walmart, and all the necessities within 5 minutes or less.
Check the weather before you go. It snowed multiple times while I was there (Nov to Dec). During the winter it gets dark early, rains/snows a lot, and was generally very cold.
This is random, but I felt like the water was drying my skin out. Noticed after a week or so, my skin was very dry and peeling. I didn’t change my normal toiletries and I moisturize, so I assumed it was the water in the area. Not 100% sure about that tho.
The gym is pretty decent. A good amount of dumbbells, a cable machine, kettlebells, and cardio equipment.
Would recommend.

Me and my family recently stayed here. The space of the room was fine. There was a front desk worker who was rude the whole time we were there, always giving master looks. We have a 2 year old child. On the day we were checking out our child was throwing a tantrum (he was very tired and cranky). We picked up the trash we could , our child kept throwing the trash around. Again he was having a bad tantrum. We knew the room needed to be vacuumed but we didn’t think we needed to vacuum it. The dishwasher was making a crazy sound, and we were told to leave the dishes because of that. During us trying to get our things and trying to clean the best we could with a screaming toddler we forgot food on a plate. As we were leaving the room, there was 2 housekeepers at the door both of them gave me and my family dirty looks, like we were doing some I godly things in there. We checked out, and a few hours later we got a call saying the room was deplorable. That there was cat litter in the HVAC system. There was NEVER cat litter put into the HVAC system nor was it near the a/c unit. They said they needed to deep clean the floor and they needed to get a carpet cleaner, which is crazy to me because nothing was spilled on the floor, it just needed to be vacuumed. If we knew we needed to bring our own vacuum and cleaning supplies we would have. They made it seem like we destroyed the room when we didn’t. We did have our cat with us but AGAIN cat litter was never anywhere near the a/c unit. We were told we had to pay an extra 75.00 for a deep cleaning of the room. They said it was part of the policy, when I read the policy and the duty’s of the housekeepers and our part as a guest and nowhere did it say we are responsible for cleaning. Even though we were trying too. We again knew it needed to be vacuumed and the trash thrown in the dumpster if we knew we had to throw our trash in the dumpster we would have. I guess going on vacation with little kids is a bad idea especially with this hotel. We were made to feel like we did some terrible things in that room when we didn’t. We have stayed at a lot of Hilton hotels and have never had this issue before. We are sorry we had a toddler who wasn’t is the greatest mood. Take this how you want. We know how we felt we know what was happening in that room with our child. The breakfast was okay. Ever thing there to eat was dry. The pool was cold. There was only one person there who was nice. Also when we called the front desk about the dishwasher not working we were told no one was there to look at it. Understandable but they waited till the day we were checking out to try and look at it. Make your own decision on this place.
