Ive stayed here a couple of times and I rather like this hotel. The suites are huge and very nice. The bed was comfortable and I was able to get a real good night's sleep. The staff is great. I had a small issue with the TV in my room and it was handled quickly and professionally which I appreciated. The location is great right on 16. Lots of places to eat with in walking distance. I like this hotel quite a bit

Conveniently located near lots of attractions. Rooms were clean and fairly spacious. These places ALWAYS need more hooks and towel bars in the rooms. Except for the immediate area by the front door and awning, the parking lot was very icy and dangerous to walk on the entire 5 days we were here. I did see a salt truck go through as I was packing the car to leave, but it seems like the bare minimum was done prior to that. Breakfast was ok. Hilton really needs to get better quality sausage patties and cook them longer to get some browning. They were barely cooked with a gelatinous, squishy texture. The breakfast area was very crowded and chaotic with no flow at the buffet. It was just too many people for the size of the serving area. The breakfast staff were friendly, hardworking and I never saw them stop moving. They were doing their best. Barb at breakfast was sweet and friendly and I enjoyed chatting with her briefly. The pool hours are not as posted. Sign says 8am-12pm, but they only have one attendant during the day and he goes to lunch every day at 11am and closes the pool. I don’t blame him for taking his lunch, but management needs to find a fill in or change the hours.

Staff nice and friendly. The bed is the worse bed I have ever laid on. The floor is softer. My husband took me here so we e can get away. Unfortunately im so disappointed I don't think I want to stay another night. If the weather stays crazy I may not have a chance the blankets and pillows are also awful
