Our son left his stuffed kitty cat behind and when we called to ask about it, the staff found the cat and mailed it to us! Saved us a bunch of headaches! The only reason I am knocking off 1 star is because the disability accommodations were somewhat lacking. I use a power wheelchair and we stayed in an ADA accessible room. Overall, the room was okay but the beds were solid platform beds that did not have any clearance underneath them. This made it extremely difficult for me to transfer in and out of the bed as we often use a lift device that goes under the bed to help me with transfers. While having clearance under a bed is not an ADA requirement, more and more hotels have beds with this clearance in their ADA rooms so people in mobility devices can transfer in and out easier and safer. This really should become the standard for all ADA rooms and more hotel chains are implementing that strategy. I highly encourage this hotel to get this type of bed frame to make it more accessible. Especially since you are close to the University of New Hampshire which has a very large disabled sports program. Overall, it was a nice experience. Thank you!
