The staff were fantastic; helpful, cheerful, professional. One exception was a young woman who promised to have our phone fixed and did not follow trough. This was on Friday so the phone remained inoperable through the weekend. Our Tv worked sporadically and one of the lights did not work. The hotel was exceptionally clean and quiet! No slamming doors or voices from the hall. I would stay again because the rates were reasonable , cleanliness and positivity of staff.
