Very nice hotel and quiet. The breakfast was good except for my last day which was Sunday. Everything was cold from the eggs to bacon, but I told the clerk and she mentioned it to someone. Other than that, the stay was great! The beds were very comfortable and clean.

Terrible hotel. Staff is racist. Seen to many colored children in the pool and told everyone they had to get out because it was more then 9 people in the pools parties weren’t even together and we were the first ones in the pool . Then told us we couldn’t gather in the lounge area to have cake and pizza because no birthday is allowed. There was a white family of 6 or 7 in there having a gathering. I paid to use the amenities not just the tiny room. Pointed out the contract I signed that does not disclose this and asked for refund and he wouldn’t give me a refund and we were only here 1 hour.

Ceilings are thin and loud. Toddlers upstairs sounded like a head of buffalo starting at 5 am both mornings. Alarm clocks are pre set to 6 am it turns out. Also there are no buttons on these clocks so you just end up ripping it out of the wall. But let's talk about the breakfast. It should not be this hard to do continental breakfast. The whole experience was EXCRUCIATING. Day 2 I ended up just throwing all my food in the trash before even taking a bite I was so stressed out. The line it turns out starts at the far end. That is where the dishes are and also where the 10 person waffle line is each morning. People are constantly bumping into each other and dancing around each other. The English muffins must have been sliced with a spoon because it was coming apart in random pieces. The toaster didn't toast, and I couldn't get this thing out of the toaster because of how bad it was sliced it came apart in several pieces. There was no butter for the pancakes , English muffins or french toast The hard boiled eggs aren't peeled. There is one salt and pepper shaker for the whole place. 3/4 of the oatmeal and yogurt toppings are out at all times. The sandwiches can't be made because they are either always out of meat, egg or cheese. When the sausage is there it doesn't even look cooked. It's like the whole thing is set up to piss you off. You can't just plate your breakfast and sit down, its like you get a plate and wait 15 minutes as the pieces are slowly stocked and you can put your complete breakfast together and now it's cold and you don't want to eat anymore.

Booking a room 2 months in advance shouldn't leave the guests waiting in the lobby waiting for their room to be ready well after check-in time. The front desk staff seems especially uninterested in helping the guests understand the delay or even giving a timeline of when to expect the room ready. Pool was fun for the kids and clean.
