What a stunning hotel! The rooms are beautiful, clean and well thought out! While it’s beyond the hotels control, there is a ton of construction around it. Would have been nice to have had some communication from the hotel about it & where to park as there is construction right outside the main entrance so knowing where to park for valet was very confusing!

I travel 50-ish nights on business each year. I wish all hotels were like this one. Friendly, bright, comfortable, convenient. Fresh and reasonably priced breakfast and a perfect gym. Wonderful shower. Quiet room, no banging doors, no hallway noise. It’s my new gold standard.

This is about an imminent / upcoming stay. I want to confirm the restaurant and the bar are OPEN, and there is not too much construction happening between November 17-22 as looking to stay several nights. Please advise. Thank you.

Although the staff were polite, there were issues. Starting with check in, I chose my room when booking. The 2nd floor. When checking in however, the assigned room was on the 6th floor. When asked about it, there was no explanation or offer to rectify it. The room we were in was dusty, hair in the bathroom, on the sheets and the carpet had rhinestone pieces here and there. The coffee area was not replenished, and there was no room service menu and no QR code either. Going down for breakfast, we asked about the Honors brkfst included, and apparently we were supposed to be given 'pink slips' upon arrival, which did not happen. I won't comment on the 1/2 cup of alleged Greek yogurt with granola and berries, except to say it would not have been worth the $12.00 as shown on the menu. Overall a not so great stay for a Hilton brand.

I hate to give this place 1 star, but I feel obligated. The reason is that I booked this place specifically for the rooftop bar. "Omaha's only rooftop bar" in their words. I booked on their app, checked in and headed to my room. On the elevator, I learned that the rooftop bar was closed for renovations. At $200 per night, I would think that this would have been disclosed when I booked my room. The good... Good location. Easy walking distance to the Riverfront and Old Market. Nice hotel. A little odd with the theme but I knew that when I booked it. Very nice staff. Clean room. Fast elevator. The bad... As stated above, booked for the rooftop bar and it was closed. The restaurant was also closed for the two days I was there which wasn't a huge deal since there were plenty of restaurants close by. Parking not available. You have to pay valet, pay by the hour with street meters, or find your own covered parking near by. Fruit flies galore! The bathroom was covered in fruit flies. I mean a lot! Water temperatures... It took about 5 minutes for the shower to heat up. Then when you adjusted it, it took forever to adjust the temp. Not a huge deal, but when you have an early morning meeting (my first day there) it makes it difficult. I was on the 6th floor and was awoken EARLY in the morning by construction on the rooftop bar. LOUD banging, drilling, and sanding. My second day there was my day off and did not get a change to sleep in due to the noise
