I have doctor appointments around that area and it's very convenient to stay at that place. The rooms are clean and people nice and friendly. And it's not overpriced like some of the other places.

The staff was great. This is nice hotel with clean rooms. The bathroom floor needed some grout work but was still nice. The breakfast had good selection.

MILDEW and WATER DAMAGE!! THE SMELL!! We checked into room and noted a strong cleaner smell. Went to dinner came back and went to bed early. When I woke in the middle of the night to use the restroom, I was overwhelmed by the smell of mildew/mold. On closer inspection, I see that our room, #413, has SERIOUS water damage and mold behind the bathroom door. Hotel management must have known this room had this issue, because a very poor attempt had been made to cover up the problem. Also, the A/C unit was visibly smashed and sounded like a helicopter in the middle of the night Early the next morning I spoke about the issues with the front desk attendant, (super friendly 5 stars to her), who assured us if we called hotels.com, we would recieve a full refund. When we returned home, I called hotel.com CS. They called the hotel GM who offered a $25 refund and implied I was being dishonest about the room. After sending the attached pictures to hotels.com, and spending an hour on the phone, I was eventually issued a full refund. Front desk staff was great, but the room conditions and response from management were very subpar, especially for the Hilton brand
