Mrs. Rachel at the front desk is by far the best hotel receptionist I have ever encountered. She is friendly, cheerful, and super helpful.

We had such an amazing stay here this weekend end town for a hockey tournament. They ensured our kids could have fun while not bothering guests. Meghen and Rachel at the front desk were incredible and the best part of the stay! They made the kids late night cookies and even offered $5 to the first player that scored. Friendliest hotel I have EVER been at. Thanks Meghen and Rachel

A new level of cheap and ridiculous achieved. Went to wash dishes in room. Under sink is a miniscule piece of sponge wrapped in saran wrap and taped. Someone made the cost saving decision to cut a normal sponge in thirds. I dont know who can use a 3rd of a sponge to wash anything. Honestly, between price of Saran wrap, tape and the labor involved to cut and individually wrap a sponge into thirds, I dont see how it's a cost saving measure. Just cheap and ridiculous. Including My sponge bought for less than a dollar to showcase this "3 star hotel" sponge. 🤣

Stayed here last night. Easy to find. Parking was ok but it was also free. The room was nice even though it said full kitchen. Didn't have a stove. Other plus: breakfast was good and the hot tub was awesome. Wanna shout out Rachel for her positive attitude and great customer service. She offered a late checkout which I didn't need and told me about the sister hotel across the street where I could've went last night. They have a bar area and a restaurant. Would've been nice to know sooner but she didn't know how long my stay was. She was just part of the morning crew and I appreciate her telling me in case I was coming back. Great hospitality! Would stay again if I was out in this area.
