- KBKeith B5 days ago5.0I stayed at this place for 4 weeks. I had a suite with a kitchenette. The room itself was nice and clean. The only complaint I had was the fridge was not holding the temperature well. It stayed cool but not cold. And the couch was not very comfortable. Other than that, I enjoyed the room. The kitchen in the main lobby downstairs serves breakfast every morning which was just ok. It's the same items every morning, which is suited to make breakfast sandwiches. The hotel staff were nice. And the room service ladies do a good job of keeping your room clean. They work really hard and I appreciated them. The location of the hotel is ideal. Close to many things downtown and midtown. If im ever back in Omaha, I would stay there again.

Underground parking was great but can get busy or unable when fully booked. Breakfast is OK, but all pre-made food, very bland but coffee is good. Rooms were clean and organized but are noisy, with outside noise VERY loud on the road side of the building, especially near intersections outside. Room temps and heat/AC were good and easily controlled. On certain rooms, specifically handicap, there is not enough outlets to be able to use the desk and there are no outlets in the lamps, this is not convenient if you ate trying to work in the roo.. water was warm to hot and had good pressure. Plenty of restaurants in the area and grub hub delivers. Snacks/drinks (billable) can be limited at the front as they run out quickly, there is a grocery store and fast food nearby though. Check in/out is easy with the app or drop off key at front.
