- MFMephistopheles FaustusNov 5, 20255.0This was an extremely nice hotel. The suites are huge, plenty of breakfast options, good amenities and it's location made it easy to travel around Omaha. The only minor complaint would be the dryer in the paid laundry facility. They don't work very well, so plan on packing enough clothes for your stay. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again if we're in town!

- SBSharon BellSep 28, 20251.0The rooms were nice the location was perfect the service was AWFUL! The general manager, Amy was rude, nasty & DISGUSTING. If I could, I would give negative stars. I will NEVER return, but according to Amy, "I'm a local customer", so I do not matter. I reserved two conjoining room, they were not ready when I arrived. From that point on the "hospitality" was non existent. She accused me of bing upset about something that happened before I arrived. I brought my daughter there for her birthday, not knowing that it was not allowed. Amy was rude the entire time regardless of the fact that we were quiet and respectful. She wanted me to ruin my daughter's special day by cancelling the reservation. Unfortunately, my experience was subpar to say the least. There are plenty of other hotels that I could have selected but I chose the absolutely wore hotel in Omaha. Thankfully my daughter had a great time, I wish that I spent my money elsewhere. Amy should leave the hospitality industry like yesterday.
