I was overcome with sentimentality about this being our last trip to Omaha and stay at this hotel. They laughed at my silliness and you could tell they were all genuinely touched that I was struggling. They all also encouraged me to come back for a reason OTHER than dance. 😉 The Omaha tourist commission should hire them to do promos. Thanks friends!!! Until we meet again!

I was mentally frantic and stopped at the Starbucks downstairs before I dropped my babies off to their dance session. I’m so happy that Alexis and Ashley were there to help things move along smoothly and they prevented me from getting overwhelmed! I’m forever thankful to this Hilton location and their management team for making such a hectic day run so smoothly. Thank you Alexis and Ashley!

He reconnected and a few seconds later my room was warming. I was very happy about that but disappointed that a hotel with Hilton reputation would have an issue like this. I am also disappointed with TV channel selection. Wanted to enjoy PBS, not available, nor were any business channels, or on a light note, the game show channel. And the remote is difficult to figure out. Poor choices. Staff choices excellent 👍
