Loved that there was an mgk drink and signs about the event and how it would affect the elevators etc. - very well prepared for the event. Also awesome that it was right across the street from the venue. Big should out to Terry A who was one of our bartenders. He was awesome! Very friendly and prompt. I also noticed someone who appeared to be the manager hustling behind the bar as well. Seemed there was great teamwork. The food delivering robot was also super cool. 10/10 would stay again

Our stay included a New Year’s Eve check-in and New Year’s Day check-out, and despite the busy holiday atmosphere, she was incredibly pleasant, professional, and welcoming. Traveling as a mom with four kids can be stressful, but she made the entire process smooth and easy. I believe her name was Latreise, and as someone who travels often, I can confidently say she is truly a gem. Thank you for such excellent service!

We had a nice room and they were very accommodating. The hotel was within easy acesss of where were were trying to go during our trip. Nicks restaurant at rhe ground level had a good food for breakfast and room delivery was fast with good quality.

Rooms are modern and temperature control works great. Bed was very comfortable. Service is where this hotel shines. Front desk staff is so nice and helpful. We had a small issue and not only did they fix it right away, they left us a note and thanked us for our business. Unlike most hotels, the hotel restaurant was actually delicious with great prices. The hotel is connected to the CHI center so if you are going to an event it’s a no brainer to stay here. Gym has a sauna and pool/hot tub. This is the only hotel I’ll be staying at in the future when visiting Omaha.
