I always travel with earplugs because I'm a light sleeper so the noise didn't keep me up, but I'm not sure if I would've been able to sleep at all without earplugs. The road construction all around downtown made it difficult to navigate to the location, but the hotel can't help that and the location was close to where we needed to be. There was also a mix-up with my adult son not being able to get checked-in to his room, which was frustrating, but Chad at the front desk was very helpful in getting everything resolved for me the following morning.

Not only was our room terribly filthy and rough shape but when I was at the front desk this morning another guest was complaining about dirty sheets having lipstick all over them and another with the shower head falling off. Couple pictures for reference wiped up some water off the floor in the bathroom so my kid didn’t slip and the white rag is what gently wiping off looks like. Second picture is of what appears to be water damage all along the ceiling. The tiles in the bathroom by the toilet pop so I’m sure there’s tons of water damage under it as well. You can probably get a nicer room elsewhere for cheaper! Hope this helps some people out. No hand soap in the bathroom and all the Kleenex (8 of them) shoved back in hastily
