- MKMonica kNov 14, 20251.0Discussing the bathroom floor looks like it hasn’t been swept in months if the carpet wasn’t here I’m sure it would tell a story as well if only I could post pictures there is literally items a pen finger nails hair balls some stuff I don’t even know what it is like I said lucky I can’t post the pictures, me n my husband always stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Nevada in Arizona in Colorado but this stay in Omaha Nebraska was just gross n the customer service at the front desk I can’t even say customer service because that’s not what we got definitely won’t be staying here again! If you’re looking for nice clean rest n actual customer service I’d advise looking elsewhere!
