- MKMonica kNov 14, 20251.0Discussing the bathroom floor looks like it hasn’t been swept in months if the carpet wasn’t here I’m sure it would tell a story as well if only I could post pictures there is literally items a pen finger nails hair balls some stuff I don’t even know what it is like I said lucky I can’t post the pictures, me n my husband always stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Nevada in Arizona in Colorado but this stay in Omaha Nebraska was just gross n the customer service at the front desk I can’t even say customer service because that’s not what we got definitely won’t be staying here again! If you’re looking for nice clean rest n actual customer service I’d advise looking elsewhere!
- SFshelene floresOct 31, 20255.0Good front desk service, good breakfast choice. Parking is paid parking which is a minus in my book. Rooms were clean, there was an extra blanket in the room which was nice. Shampooer, conditioner, body wash and lotion are provided. Clean all around.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. This time we checked in early and the staff was again very friendly and helpful. There was a moment we had to wait for snacks and the guest checking in was taking a long time due to a confusion . The manager apologized to us for our wait and was extremely nice!!! Would definitely stay here again. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was a good selection. A great place to relax between our sporting events !!!
- ABAna BannOct 18, 20254.0Decent hotel in downtown Omaha. Good value for the prices paid and just a few minutes walk to the CHI Health center. The room felt clean and check in was easy. My only knocks are: for parking you have to scan a QR code and settle that 3rd party, and the lot filled up while we were there so if you park and have paid.. don’t move your car for the night. My other knock is that they advertise the onsite C-store but when I went to buy Orange juice ALL of the bottles were a few weeks expired. 😮 Overall 4 stars bc I can live without the OJ and you’ll have to pay for parking anywhere downtown.
