    I travel a lot for work, and this is by far my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in. My room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire property felt fresh, clean, and well cared for. The lobby was beautiful — and even smelled amazing — which made arriving after a long day truly refreshing. A special shoutout to Nia at the front desk. She was absolutely fabulous — kind, bubbly, welcoming, and the perfect first impression for any guest. More hotels need more Nias in the world. Highly recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely be returning!

    I like the location because it is close to what I need. The rooms are clean and spacious. The only thing that would change is adding another chair because one is not enough when 2 adults are in the room

    We want to say we had a wonderful time here.The managers were so helpful and anything we needed they went above and beyond to help us!The day manager Antonia and the evening manager Ana were amazing!The whole staff was so friendly and caring.We will certainly come back!

    After a very positive stay at this location in 2024, I called the front desk to book a two-night stay and spoke with Ana. Although she was friendly, she was completely unable to complete the reservation or provide a clear, accurate rate—even after 28 minutes on the phone. I clearly provided my Hilton Honors number, requested check-in and check-out dates, and confirmed that I was booking for two nights. However, Ana repeatedly gave me inconsistent and confusing information. She quoted different nightly rates, then nightly rates with tax, followed by total amounts that did not add up. When I asked for clarification, she gave me new figures that contradicted the previous ones. She also mentioned that there was a football game that weekend, even though my requested dates were weekdays only. At one point, she realized she had quoted me for four nights instead of two, and we had to start over. She also commented on my lack of Hilton points, saying I needed to use the membership more. Throughout the call, she was distracted—interrupting our conversation several times to loudly greet guests in the lobby—and could not provide a clear breakdown of the room rate, tax, or total charges. When I asked to speak with a manager, she said no one was available and that she could not arrange a call back. She then added, rather unprofessionally, that “by the time you call tomorrow, the rate will go up.” When I pressed for an explanation of the mismatched totals, she alternated between saying it was a refundable incidental hold, then doubling that amount when it still didn't add up, saying it was due to a lack of membership status, and finally claiming it was a "computer error," claiming condescendingly that she'd "take a picture for me". She then put me on hold to check someone in, and I was never able to complete the booking. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, especially given the excellent service I received during my previous stay. I had fully intended to be an annual repeat guest and recommend this hotel to others, but the lack of professionalism and basic competence has changed my mind.

    We loved our stay at this Hampton Inn! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Nia and Steve at the front desk. They were so kind, professional, and genuinely eager to help. We had a few special circumstances with our reservation, and they went above and beyond to make the necessary changes quickly and cheerfully. When we asked for a place to grab lunch nearby, they recommended a great spot just a few minutes away—and it did not disappoint! It’s always nice when staff know their area well and can point you to good local food. Our rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were cozy, and we appreciated how quiet and restful the hotel felt. One of the unexpected highlights was that they provided us with a room where our group could gather in the evenings to play games and visit—it made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. The exercise room was exceptional—clean, spacious, and equipped with quality machines and weights. It was a great way to stay on track with workouts while traveling. Breakfast the next morning was another pleasant surprise. The area was very clean, well organized, and had a good variety of fresh options to choose from. The staff kept everything well stocked and tidy, which made for a great start to our day. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Nia and Steve truly set the tone for excellent service, and every part of our stay reflected that same level of care and quality. We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we come through Omaha!
