- JGJorge Garcia4 days ago3.0My room miss alot lof stuff..but i did get to see the maintenance guy and a lady pushing each other way kind of Friendly on the stairway...dont know what to think of it?..she was short but with my eyesight i couldnt tell you who it was
- JMJoseph MoravecDec 30, 20252.0The front desk personal( one in particular)was very rude when it came to paying my balance. I asked for a itemized bill so we could go over the cost, and she just looked at me with a blank look, like she didn't understand, and they had issues with understanding billing. We had family come visit when I was there to recover from a kidney transplant, and they charged be for their room even though they handed them their own credit card.The guest service(maids) did an amazing job. I wouldn't recommend staying here because of the customer service and the constant noise from the hospital!

Nothing like walking into your hotel room and finding garbage laying around and used condoms and lube and dirty towels all over it , and when going to the front desk about , got told since we checked in online that we must of been there already and used the room and if we wanted a different room we had to buy it!
- OHOutdoors HTXDec 16, 20255.0Coming from Houston, this is a very nice hotel located near the UNMC. I’m here for a family member that is in the hospital. Kendall was welcoming and professional at the front desk. Room was nice with a great view of Midtown.
