Manager upgraded our room without me even asking! She was fantastic to work with, as well as all the rest of the staff. Will certainly stay again!

We stayed at the Embassy Suites in Omaha on January 9 and 10th. Danni did an amazing job preparing the Happy Hour apps. The staff was very pleasant especially the bartender, Devon.

Horrible location, especially on a weekend you have to park a block over and walk a block to check in, and the game console wifi connection is CRAZY, Luckily a employee named Tim came to the rescue for us. Front desk lady wasn't much of a help but she was cool.

I had a wonderful stay here and Jazmine, who checked me in, was very professional and pleasant. I’m leaving a review because of how accommodating and welcoming she was. In a world where the customer service industry is becoming more jaded and hostile, Jazmine made my experience lovely. Thank you! I loved everything about this hotel and everyone here was so kind. My room had no issues. Definitely recommend and will be back!

For what the property is, a solid 5 stars. We were here for a function and stayed the night. The food was surprising good for a large group. The charcuterie starter area was very good, the salmon was surprisingly not overdone considering the size of our group, and was as excellent as the steak cutting board which was also a pleasant surprise. The vegetables were deliciously spiced and not overdone. The chef came around to check if everything was ok. We also had the bread pudding because we heard it is one of the chef’s specialties. I’ve been here for large luncheons before that were not nearly as good, so essentially, if you’re going to do a function here then it is worth it to splurge on the best they have! The rooms were clean and comfortable. We both slept like logs! Breakfast was good, but what really made it special was the staff. The egg/omelet staff were fantastic! I only caught Portia’s name :) Actually, it is the entire staff that makes this hotel over the top special. The bartender from the evening before the function, the staff in and during the function, the breakfast crew and the maid service were all fantastic and just as good as what you’d find in a higher end property. Also, upon checkout, the woman behind the desk was terrific! It’s the staff, it’s the staff, it’s the staff!!! To include the lovely chef!
