Internet is a little slow. Close to literally anything you could need. Right off the highway. Shopping and food in close proximity.

I told the lady at the front desk during check out and she didn't apologize or show any sympathy...simply said she will notify maintenance. I got a text later that day about my experience and told them the same thing...NO RESPONSE. I highly doubt I will ever stay here again smh

After we got up We each needed to shower for the day and the tub would not drain and the water Was COLD! We called the front desk and the clerk told us we had to deal with it because they were at max capacity and there was zero hot water left. I asked what we were supposed to do and he immediately made the hotel itself the victim by repeating how They were so busy and their hands were tied. I informed him we were disappointed and would need to book somewhere else to be able to shower. He said that was understandable and offered zero apologies or alternatives. It was as if it was our fault For not knowing they were at max capacity and arriving late after a long 8 hour drive. I Would’ve at least expected maybe a complimentary breakfast or even ten perfect refund but absolutely nothing to make a mends. I didn’t go off on them or raise My voice. I have never stayed At a hotel with no functioning hot shower. Do NOT stay here unless you have a back up Truck stop shower lined up. Yuck.
