The furniture is dated in the lobby with clear dirt stains on everything. There were nets, flying around at the bar in the lobby and the HVAC systems in the rooms were not functioning properly as the rooms were extremely hot. And the air was very loud! I would not recommend staying here unless you want to have a restless night of sleep.

She basically said you can’t check in this late and I don’t have any rooms I was like you don’t have any rooms on a random night on Wednesday night. You have courtesy to talk to me face-to-face if you like some homeless person trying to come in or something never again when I return there, I had to stand out in the cold with my dog 3 AM and then finally I found a different hotel by downtown Omaha that gladly had a early check-in

Unfortunately, the experience fell far below reasonable expectations. Upon arrival, it took 45 minutes to check in, which was frustrating, especially as my wife and daughter were not feeling well and we were hoping to rest. Our room service experience was also unacceptable. The food arrived cold, and when I reported missing items, it took an additional 30 minutes for the issue to be addressed. Additionally, the bathroom facilities were inadequate. The bathtub was clogged, and the showerhead is positioned far too low, suitable only for individuals under 5 feet in height. At checkout, the only response I received was a simple "sorry," which does not adequately address the multiple inconveniences and discomfort we experienced.
