He gave me the phone number and confirmation number of the incorrect reservation to call and get a refund. Helpful staff, clean hotel, nice rooms, good breakfast.

There was no top sheet, only a duvet, so we were forced to sleep without covers in a very very warm room. The gentleman at the front desk when checking in was rude, didn't make eye contact, and didn't offer to return a greeting. Definitely not what I expect from the Hilton brand.
