I didn’t end up staying at the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Kearney due to a severe storm, but I still wanted to share my experience because the service was exceptional. I called the hotel explaining that the weather made it impossible for me to get there, and Emad at the front desk went above and beyond. Even though I was well past the cancellation deadline, he kindly allowed me to cancel without penalty. Emad was professional, understanding, and extremely helpful during a stressful situation. If this level of customer service is any indication of how the rest of the hotel is run, I’ll absolutely stay here the next time I’m in Kearney. Highly recommend!

- THTammy HearnOct 24, 20255.0Amazing! Clean, clean! I thought no one had ever stayed in room. Beds were good. Breakfast was great for free. Fresh pancake machine that made as you watched, waffles, biscuits and gravy, actually fresh breads and pastries. Pantry was stocked like a convenience store and had healthy items. They gave your pet Blue buffalo dog biscuits. Had arcade for us nerds. Will and Lexie checked us in last night and were professional and gracious, Alexis checked us out this morning, professional, kind and courteous. I would like to just stay a few days and chill. Great gym and pool. Near sports complex. If they had masseuse and someone that came and did mani/pedis I would make it a destination. lol
