Room was kind of dirty and the curtain for the window was broken and clipped up with chip clips from the dollar tree... the shower heads don’t spray at you because they need to be soaked in vinegar, due to hard water buildup, so the floors get soaked when you try to shower. There was hair all over the place so I used my personal
Cleaning supplies to make sure the bathroom was clean before using it, as I am severely immunocompromised. Also someone was vacuuming the hallways hours before check out, and we got this room as a reprieve from a long journey with our dog trying to get a little real sleep, so that really sucked. It felt as if they were ONLY vaccuming right outside of our door for over an hour, though they probably weren’t lol! The girls working were so very sweet to my crazy anxious dog!

Room was great, location is convenient! Only complaint is I put money on my room key for the bar and no one told me it’s a use it or lose it if you pay cash. So I’m out $15…🤷🏻♀️ Guess I know for next time. Just warning others.

Very impressed that we requested a late checkout and weren’t woken up by housekeeping. Had a restful night and peaceful morning here.
The only drawback was the thin dark haired, female desk clerk who checked us in was a bit aggressive in her tone and demeanor. She didn’t want to give us a late checkout until my husband told her his rewards status. She also tried to charge us for my husband’s SERVICE animal. She wanted to see paperwork, but my husband reminded her per HIPPA he only has to tell her his dog’s trained task. As a retired corporate trainer for a worldwide company, I strongly recommend she needs to take a customer service class to be more hospitable and welcoming. She actually charged us a pet fee, saying it was for incidentals. She lied to us, which is not acceptable.
Thankfully, the morning clerk (Daniel) was able to correct our bill, so Kaylee’s mishap didn’t need to be escalated. I do hope she is spoken to about how her actions are deceitful and unethical.
