    We Reserved a room for 1 night in September, When the room was Reserved they were Told that there was a Miniature Poodle staying also with us. There was NO mention of a charge for the dog, (As they are a Pet Friendly Hotel). When we got there and checked in, (Again NO mention of a charge for the dog). While were unloading, they handed us a extra paper to sign for the dog. (Again NO mention of a Fee). We get to the room and get ready for bed, I get an Alert that my Car Alarm is going off. I go down and check it out, it's OK. Get back to bed, an hour and a half later then I get an Alert that I was Charged $75.00. (Pet Friendly Charge), Then I get Another Alert AGAIN that someone was messing with my car, (Alarm going off Again), Went down, car was OK, Was Told to move the car, in front of the Hotel where the load and unload by the Hotel Clerk, so it Would be Safe. VERY little sleep that night. Talked to them in the morning, They DIDN'T Care! The Breakfast was just, So-So. The Beds could be A lot more Comfortable. Used to stay 1-2 times a year there. Never charged a Pet Friendly Fee prior. NEVER AGAIN! NOT a Pet Friendly, (by what I would think) or Vehicle Safe Place.

    Stayed here because of the location. Equal distance from the airport and where I was working. Quiet area with amenities close by but not crowded. I highly reccomend staying here for those reasons and because the staff was the nicest staff I've experienced at a Hampton Inn. The rooms were nice and cleaning staff did an amazing job. No complaints and will stay here in future business trips.

    My friend, her son, and I stayed here Oct 3rd for a long weekend. We checked out October 6th. We were disappointed when we checked in that they closed the pool for maintenance. It was closed all weekend. They did not inform us ahead of time. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast edible but not great. Unfortunately we both left a shirt there. I was in room 421 and her in room 214. I called on the 6th that I forgot a shirt in the closet. They said they would send. I talked to someone again on the 9th that my friend left a shirt also. They said they would send both to my house. Today is the 30th and nothing received. I called again and they sent me an email to go through a company to send the shirts that charges over $60. We paid over $1000 for 3 nights to stay there. I won't stay at another Hampton Inn if that is how they do business.

    This hotel is more of a 2.7 than a 3, but I rated as I could. Everything is just below okay but not bad. Beds feel older and pillows are dense but we were able to sleep. Rooms were humid and bathroom exhaust didn’t work, so showers just made the issue worse. But the AC worked well and the water was hot, though water pressure was quite low. Room was clean but signs of wear are all over the hotel. We waited an inordinate amount of time from the front desk clerk to finish our check in process but she was kind. Breakfast was not good by any means but it was edible. Hotel is conveniently located but shares a parking lot with a mortuary and crematory. Not bad, just weird. The parking lot and outside landscaping are rough too. All in all, it’s what I’d expect from a 2 star category budget motel.
