  For the price compared to other hotels in the immediate area, I expected a much higher level of quality and care. Unfortunately, this stay fell well below what I would expect from a Hilton property. Check-in was poorly managed. There was only one person working the front desk during an obvious rush, resulting in a 25-minute wait time while holding our bags with nowhere to set them down. There were no luggage trolleys available at any point during our stay, including both check-in and checkout. The lobby and entryway were cluttered with luggage from other guests, making the experience stressful right out of the gate. The room had multiple cleanliness issues. The bathroom shower had visible hair, grime, and buildup that should never be present in a room that is supposed to be cleaned and ready for new guests. Later in the stay, the microwave plate was found to be covered in grease splatters from a previous guest. These are basic housekeeping standards that were clearly missed. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, they were completely unusable. The chlorine levels in the pool area were overwhelming to the point that your eyes, sinuses, and throat burned within seconds of entering the room. This persisted throughout our entire three-night stay and was never corrected, leaving us with little to do with our children in the evenings other than watch the limited cable on the TV. During the stay, I was not feeling well and needed rest, but late at night there were children running through the hallways, banging on walls and doors near our room. There appeared to be no enforcement of quiet hours, making it very difficult to sleep. I did reach out to hotel management directly to share these concerns, but the response was minimal and did not address the issues raised. Overall, this experience did not align with the Hilton brand or justify the price point. We travel frequently and will be booking another stay in the area in March, but based on this experience, this property will not be our choice.

  This was our first stay at this Hilton Property and we stayed in room 203. At first glance the room was spacious and clean with a small kitchenette, full fridge, sink and microwave. The king size bed was comfortable as was the couch. the walk in shower appeared clean and the lighting in the mirror area was great. However there a few challenges with some of the accommodations. as the photos show, some poorly cleaned tile edges with dust and mold as well as some minor maintenance issues on yhe bottom of the doors which is odd. the worst however was to pool hot tub area. When I went on Saturday night, the pool water was cloudy and the hot tub was hot but and it was super foamy which should have told me not to get in. I tried anyway and within a minute.my eyes were burning from chemicals or perhaps overused chemicals. I have maintained hot tubs and it obviously.neefed rebalance but that wasn't the worst - I then I noticed black floating in it everywhere so I got out. when I got back to my room to change it noticed they had even coot a bit into my suit. I immediately took a long shower. the stay was reasonable for the price, but I am not sure I would return if I wanted to use amenities other than my room.

  Hotel has definitely declined since my last stay. When I was initially there a year ago everything was nice and clean. Unfortunately, this stay was not as pleasant. Room were dirty, everything from the fridge, the couch, bathroom floors, etc. Breakfast was mediocre and did not have any variety. There was no car port at the entrance of the hotel and on a windy snowing or even rainy day that really is a big help. Staff was super nice. Location was great.
