The breakfast in the morning was exactly what I needed. It was a great stay all the way around definitely have to give it a five star rating
- CMceejay madesDec 12, 20251.0Their rooms needs an upgrade, when my family stayed there last week it was very cold, windchill feels like -33 and cold air is entering our room. It is in between the spaces of their heater. My husband called front desk he just asked for an extra blanket to cover the spaces in between the heater. We waited for half an hour but no one came. He decided to go down to the reception and they finally gave him a blanket. We wanted to move to a different room but my kids were sleeping already. When we are about to check out, I asked the front desk if there’s anything for the damage but she said there’s no manager on duty but she will mention it to her manager. Days has passed but nothing reached out to us.

The tile floor in the room was sticky, there was a bug on one of the towels in the bathroom, there were blood stains on the bedding, the remote was broken, and the fridge cabinet was also broken. I immediately went down to ask for a new room, but they were booked so I had to settle for the front desk receptionist swapping out the linens. There was also a very bad odor (maybe sewer exhaust) in my room and in the 4th floor corridor. Breakfast was as expected. Fitness center was modest. Didn’t try the pool or hot tub, so I can’t comment on that. Location is ok. All in all, I will not be back this location…
