The first night was wonderful, i was able to get some sleep but the following evenings were truly awful, they had children running up and downs the stairs, hallways, and up and down the elevator. My husband kept answering the door since someone kept knocking and running away…, my husband dis see a staff who asked him if he “seen some kids” she stated “YES” they went towards e stairs, then proceeded to let her know what was happening. The staff stated she was trying to locate them. This continued until about 4am. We had just lost our daughter the day after Christmas, had gotten sick from doing services and working. We were really needing a restful few days away and this was not it. Sadly, when I explained to general manager, Regina Flowers, she stated that if I ever stayed in a hockey hotel that I would know what it’s like. And had a very reserved reaction to my concerns. Then stated I should be used to it. She did say that she was going to do something with our bill which never happened. As a diamond member, I would expect to have the utmost concern and appropriate response. This is truly not the regular hospitality we are used to with the Hilton Brand.

We have stayed here a couple of times. The front desk staff is friendly & greeted us warmly. (It felt like the staff likes their jobs) Both times our rooms were clean & didn't have any weird smells. The breakfast was clean and well stocked. It is easy to get to I 94. My husband used the fitness room and the equipment worked fine. The parking lot was well lit. We would stay here again.
