Even though it is a 3 star hotel their level of customer service is up there with 5 star hotel. I have interacted with multiple front desk staff on all shifts. They are always friendly and quick to help. My check in has been seamless on both trips. The housekeeping staff always clean my room daily, empty trash, make the bed and top up on toiletries as I requested upon check in. I normally stay in an Embassy Suites/Double Tree when I travel on business. I was nervous this hotel would not live to my expectations as a Diamond who travels all over the world. Yes, this hotel is in my humble opinion ranked up there at the top with the top Hilton branded hotels. I usually have a salad in the mornings therefore I don’t eat breakfast at the hotel. I have tried the potatoes on their buffet selection and they are flavorful. The hotel is close to restaurants, grocery stores, airport and the freeway. It sits at a very ideal location. I have shared this treasure find with my colleagues and mentioned they stay here due to the level of care I have received.

The breakfast was fresh and well-stocked, and the atmosphere was welcoming from the moment I walked in. I especially want to recognize Ted at the front desk — he went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful with everything from check-in to local recommendations. It’s rare to find someone who makes such a positive impression, and Ted truly did. Thank you, Hampton Inn (and Ted!), for making my visit so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be staying here again!
- TBTJ BaumchenSep 15, 20254.0Stayed here on my way home from my honeymoon. We booked pretty late. I've only stayed at one hampton in Alberque NM and that was a very nice stay. We were able to book and it was great Upon arrival, I was charged what I was told + $25 extra as a deposit. I didnt really care, but do wish that would have been stated up front. I got my $25 back. The room was nice tho with an interesting bathroom (not bad) There was no trash bags in the trash cans at all which was weird. I do wish the TV was a bit bigger. The bed was really comfy, but the king size bed has 4 standard pillows which didnt look right at all. But other than that, everything was great. Comfy bed, spacious room, hot water, place is safe and breakfast was amazing!
