Upon attempting to cancel the reservation 5 days prior to my stay, I was informed that within 21 days of my stay, there is a 1 night fee that will be charged (equivalent to 50% of my stay). The hotel’s management was not willing to make an exception in my case, which is beyond maddening especially given how ridiculous the cancellation policy is. I would strongly discourage anyone from staying at this property given how inflexible the management of this property is. Further, I have business here annually and will not ever be staying at this property again as a result of this situation. UPDATE: After reaching out directly to management regarding this review, they were able to resolve my issue to my satisfaction. I would now recommend staying here given how pleasant both the front desk staff and management have been.
