Good location, as it’s close off of the highway. Clean but outdated rooms. Personally, I think it’s a bit overpriced and in need of some updates. Also, housekeeping came into the room at 9:00am even though there was a sign on the door. Overall, it was an ok stay.

Accused of smoking in a room by an employee simply because I smelled like smoke. I smoke outside not inside. That accusation was unwarranted and an interruption to my rest period after work. Great location near many different stores.

Beware very hateful manager that doesn't care about anyone but herself. My wife and I are Hurricane Helene Survivors and we lost everything. After speaking with Hilton Corporate Office we were told this Hampton would help us with breakfast. We had not ate in 4 days and were very hungry. We are members and have spent tens of thousands of dollars with Hampton Inns across the southeast. We walked in and were greeted with wonderful staff and then we spoke with the front desk. We explained our situation and were told that would not be a problem at all, but the manager would have a huge problem with it. So I asked to speak with the manager and she would not speak with us be we were told that she wanted us to leave the property. It's a shame as we watched fresh food being thrown away that the manager would rather toss it away than allowing two Survivors and members starve to death. I can only say I hope you are never involved in a Natural Disaster and loose everything you have. But if it happened to you I hope people treat you just like you treated us, knowing you could have helped but it made you feel happy to tell someone NO that are starving. That was by far the cruelest, inhumane and hurtful, way we had ever been treated. If you have never been thru the devastation we endured then you have no idea, the hell that comes in the aftermath and so much for our neighbors that you count on, to help you keep going that a little food would be so hard to obtain especially when the manager would rather throw it away then help fellow neighbors who have suffered so much. Totally disregard for human life. And the manager was also aware my wife is suffering from Cancer as well, but did not care and this is not a way I would have treated anyone much less survivors and someone suffering from cancer. It really kills people to help someone these days and it makes them happy to see tears in someone's eyes from hunger pains. People just a little kindness goes along way and it really does make a difference

Our king suite was very spacious and clean. The living area had comfy leather couch and chair. We'd requested a crib in advance and it was provided with a soft comfy blanket too. There's a walk in shower. The hotel is located near shopping and eateries. The staff were super friendly throughout our stay.
