We were supposed to check in at 3 PM, but we had to wait outside until 8 PM due to a Christmas parade that closed all the streets leading to the hotel. Since the room was non-refundable, the only response we received was that we could check in once the parade was over. Breakfast was simple but good, and the rooms were clean. Overall, the stay could have been much better if the service had been more considerate

My room was beautiful abd I had a nice view. Nicholas Dritschio made it really special. They had just put up their Christmas Tree. He said let me take your pictures in front of tree. The photos came out beautifully. They also have pool which is great for a summer visit and your in downtown Winston Salem. There are lots of restaurants across from hotel. This hotel will see me again. Thank you for a great Thanksgiving stay. Rene

Down the street from Benton Convention Center. Good breakfast and like I said before, very clean. Highly recommend NOT getting room 104. Breakfast starts to be prepared at 4 am and you will hear soo much bagging, clicks and bells.
