I travel with Hilton all the time and I must say this is a top-notch facility. Jennifer greeted me at the front desk with excellent customer service and made my stay much better. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was charged for a room due to a system issue and was never given a refund. Then they admitted it was an issue but the front desk stated I checked in with them, even though I was across the country. I never received a call back after I was told I would receive a full refund. I would never recommend staying here. Very unprofessional and shady. If I could leave a 0 I would.

We stayed for 3 nights and within the first 3 hours of our stay I felt completely unsafe. We had a do not disturb sign on the door and sleeping after 17 hour drive and arriving at 6:30am we had trouble checking in but the receptions was great and helped us get checked in with a mix up with our third party reservation. We get into our room and rest at 8:30am at 10am maintenance knocks on our door first they said they needed to replace the tv then lied and said there way a ladder they needed right now. OPENING THE DOOR TO THE ROOM! Thank goodness the lock was on the door as my partner and I was naked and sleeping. I shot out of bed and ran to the door and told them do not enter the room we are naked and it is not okay to enter. He then OPENED THE DOOR 2 MORE TIMES WHILE IM SHOUTING AT HIM TO LEAVE. They finally leave and the front desk calls us and said they need in I told them we just got in and need rest and they are not going to just let themselves in while we are here. The manager agreed to have them come back at 2pm instead. I told them at was fine. I went down stairs to try and let the manager know what their maintenance team did. Forcefully trying to enter and she completely dismissed me and claimed she put a note in all the rooms about the maintenance. I looked all over that room before this when we got in and scoured the room after her telling me this and there was no note anywhere. Instead of apologizing or even understanding my concern she was more concerned about her note than my safety and security. I will never book with any of your locations is this is how you handle my safety and security. Thanks for completely ruining my vacation and giving a new trauma and fear of hotels.

This is the first time I have ever been let down by Hampton Inn. The room I had at this location was the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room appeared to be under construction for a handicapped room. The beds appeared to be a mattress on a bed frame about a foot off the floor. The room was dark with very few lights. I set the temperature up but it never cut on. The worst part of all and it was the icing on the cake. When I got in the shower the water was ice cold and never warmed up. I have to travel back to this area next month but I will not stay at this location. I don't know what happened here I had stayed here before a year ago and the room was great.
