- KHK HNov 16, 20253.0So conflicted about this one. My room was clean and the bathroom has been redone. Big tv with apps to sign in My 1st room reeked of pot. No problem switching rooms. Tamika is the best and management needs to keep her. Everyone else at the front desk couldn’t care less about the guests. I’m absolutely interrupting them to do their job. It’s unfortunately what I’ve found across the board in WS except for one Hampton Inn. I am paying a lot of $ (to me) to stay here. Your staff needs to pay attention and at least pretend to care. The bar is closed Sunday bc supposedly you can’t serve alcohol on Sundays. Went on to tell me they cover up all the alcohol in grocery stores per the bartender told me. I’m a nerd and after being served alcohol on Sunday and looked up the NC law. You just can’t a) sell alcohol before ten am b) liquor stores aren’t open. Just say the bar is closed 🤷🏼♀️. Diamond status doesn’t matter one bit. I just got the $15 credit- big deal. It’s $75 early check in even at 3 pm and checkout is 11 again $75 for a minute later. I absolutely understand about housekeeping but I miss my Hyatt with 2pm late checkout. There is absolutely nothing around this hotel but chains for food Again- room clean. Lots of plugs. Updated. No glasses in room -strange

Tulum was 10/10 for Mexican btw. She also checked is out on Sunday. We had 2 rooms, both were clean and comfortable. Would stay here again
