There was no reason for him to speak to any customer that way. In the end we did have a reservation and he didn't even apologize. He needs a new job.

She yelled at me for using the wrong utensil while I tried to put an omelet on my plate. She did the same thing to an elderly woman 5 minutes late and almost caused the woman to have a heart attack as I watched her become visible shaking and holding her heart. There is never a time to yell at people for especially silly things like this. This woman should not be employed in any customer service environment imo.
