- PDPERRY DUNLAPDec 27, 20251.0We came to attend the funeral of a close family member. Stayed in room 320, I found a live bedbug on my pillow case in the morning. I caught it and showed to Manager Blake. We were assured that the hotel did not have a problem with bugs. He moved us to room 400. Immediately found a dead adult German cockroach on floor and killed a baby roach on table. I took both to the supervisor on duty at the front desk who assured us the exterminator would be sent that day to our room. When we returned in the late evening we killed 7 more roaches all over the room while all the lights were still on. (I videoed a few before killing them to show the front desk). It was disgusting. I sent videos and photos to manager and he has never responded. We had to move to a hotel inn Greenville at midnight. I’m almost 60 years old and it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life by far!

THE GUEST SERVICE MANAGER IS AND THE ENTIRE FRONT DESK IS BEYOND EXTRAORDINAIRE!!! THE BREAKFAST HERE IS NOT EVEN IN COMPARISON WITH THE OTHER HAMPTON INN I HAVE STAYED AT... JUST THE COFFEE ALONE IS FRESH THROUGHOUT THE DAY! MY ROOM WAS SUPER CLEAN AND THE PRESENTATION WAS REMARKABLE! YES I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. I RECOMMEND THIS HILTON PROPERTY TO WHOMEVER NEEDS A PLACE TO SPEND THE NIGHT. YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!

We felt extremely safe here and the other guest were also amazing. We had a 10hr drive and the rest we got was amazing. I highly recomend this hotel its worth the price. You have to check it out 😌
