While being called names and all but actually yelled at by another guest she kept a smile, friendly tone, and did everything she could to make an impossible to please customer happy. 10/10 service and that woman deserves a raise.

We arrived very early hours on Saturday and were informed our reservation was canceled as a no call no show & our room was no longer available because it was needed however they gave me another room. Fine I took it the receptionist said she would have her manager issue a refund for the no call no show and she would have the information before end of day. Well it was late in the evening before I went back to the desk for the updated info. Well that receptionist was very rude & basically telling me everything that the lady told me that morning was false. My plan was to speak with someone Sunday morning but when I woke up in the morning we had so many bug bites on us the only thing we could do was leave...... the moment I can figure out how to upload these pictures on this review I will do so. Contacted corporate and of course they are outsourced so the language barrier is wonderful! Thanks for creating a wonderful weekend for us 😒
