  What an unfortunate experience—especially because the front desk staff were truly wonderful. Doug, as well as the young lady working the next shift, were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. They were the best part of this hotel. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. We reserved three rooms for our stay. Upon entering mine, after being on the road all night, I went to use the restroom and immediately noticed that the toilet had not been properly cleaned. When I lifted the lid, there were visible splatters around the upper rim of the bowl—clear evidence that the previous guest had been ill, and housekeeping had not addressed it. The issues didn’t stop there. The top sheets and comforters in all all three rooms had noticeable yellow and brown stains. In one room, the fitted sheet had come undone, exposing a deep brown stain on the mattress pad. Most surfaces were grimy, sticky, and did not appear to have been wiped down at all. The final straw came on the morning of checkout. I stepped into the shower, and my toy poodle suddenly jumped back in fear. A large indoor roach had crawled out from a corner of the bathroom. At that point, I was completely done. I checked every item of my luggage to make sure I wasn’t taking any unwelcome “guests” home with me, packed everything immediately, and left. Even my dog put himself into his travel bag after being startled—it was that unsettling. What makes this even more disappointing is that we genuinely wanted this to be our regular hotel whenever visiting family. The pricing, proximity to shopping and relatives, and overall convenience made it the perfect choice. And to be fair, the lounge setup was lovely—it even served as a charming spot for an impromptu date night with my husband. There were many reasons this hotel should have been our go-to. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness and the condition of the rooms overshadowed everything else. Despite the outstanding front desk staff and the pleasant common areas, our stay was deeply disappointing. I truly hope management addresses these issues so future guests can enjoy what this hotel has the potential to offer. ****UPDATE: I just wanted to address the fact that the owner took time out to address my concerns and offer a generous compensation. This is what I mean, the service is phenomenal. Im really cheering this location on and hoping their cleaning crew can meet the standard of the other staff. That would make this location top-notch!

  Staff was great. They promote an indoor pool but it's freezing, way too cold to use. Water pressure in the shower wasn't good at all. Beds were lumpy and noisy. Breakfast was decent.

  The hotel's location is convenient. Check-in and check-out processes were easy. However, the bedding material in the room was made of cheap polyester. In the bathroom, the hand soap dispenser was almost empty. The alarm clock was set up by someone else and rang at 6 am. Furthermore, the coffee and tea station was relatively dirty, with many spilled stains that had not been cleaned. Finally, in one of the elevators, someone's clothing was left hanging.

  Hotel was clean & beds were very comfortable..Doug warmly welcomed us & gave us bottles of water..Bernard was amazing & helped me find everything I needed for a delish breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling on I 95..we will c u again soon..

  The room was clean and comfortable but very “bare bones”. There was a small fridge, but no microwave or coffee maker. Both were available in the lobby. The breakfast was pretty typical, but no fresh fruit, which I missed. Scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, make your own pancakes, bagels, etc. For such sparse rooms, the lobby and amenities were very nice. Indoor pool, fitness center, pool table, large lounge/dining area. I can’t really speak to the location. We were there for a baseball tournament nearby and didn’t explore the area at all. Lots of road construction around, but that’s temporary (hopefully!) The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I’m an Honors member and no one acknowledged it. If there was supposed to be a check in bag, we didn’t get one. Not the end of the world.
