Probably one of the worst nights sleep in a long time. They are extra firm and I couldn't stand laying down for more than a few hours at a time.

- BBBrittany BrownDec 1, 20251.0I normally stay at this location when I go to North Carolina to visit family however I’d rather pay a higher price and stay at one of the other local hotels. My last visit in October was perfectly fine until the housekeeping person completely ignored the do not disturb sign on the door and entered my hotel room anyway on the second day of my visit when I had not asked for any housekeeping whatsoever. The visit before that the do not disturb sign was also ignored and multiple items were either thrown away or taken. That was reported to management and I had to be refunded for the multiple personal items that were disrespectfully discarded or stolen from my room. This last visit will be my last time ever booking a room there because apparently your privacy is not acknowledged at all when you don’t want your room to be entered.
