    This hotel is brand new. Very nice…BUT- it is behind the highway- I can sleep through anything. I checked in at 2am to SLEEP. I specifically said I need to sleep . I was driving all day. Very nice front staff at night. I checked in- brand new hotel. It’s right off of 95. Excellent safe spot with everything you need. Gas, food, car wash, bank, you name it- it’s there . Comfortable bed. Took a shower. Until- 7am where I was awoken from banging, drilling. Well- there was construction below my window. For 5 hours until I check out. Here’s the deal: I checked in without a reservation. I made the mistake of checking in at 2am so technically since it was the next day, they had to back date the day before since check in was 4pm that day. My fault- not the hotels. Plus it’s a daily rate. I was going to book on line but due to the time- I had to book at the front desk. They let me check in- front desk staff - very nice. He gave me a room on the 2nd floor - back of the hotel. Huge problem!!. . Didn’t realize it because construction was seized at that time. He probably didn’t even realize it since he works overnight. So I have to be fair. Well 7am came- and so did the construction. The front line desk worker at the front desk was so apologetic. But when I went to email the manager- she was non responsive!. I checked out at noon, no manager in site, didnt even respond to my email. Nothing.. It’s independently run, I was told. At least- respond to a Hilton member. What’s going to kill this place is : management, not the front line workers. No management at night nor the day- ughh. It’s basically a check-in/check out hotel. It’s a high end super 8. You are better off - checking in on the other side of the street.

    As a reward member, I had tried to get a room at Hampton Inn, they were booked and directed me to Home2 as a sister hotel. The young lady at check in (Toya) was so nice and professional and very helpful. Check in was easy and quick and they answered all my questions. Room was super clean and comfortable. Above all, as a lone traveler I felt safe here. The gentleman at check in (didn't get his name) was so kind and patient with all my concerns. He checked out a safety concern I had in my room. Definitely keeping this on my list when passing through from NJ to Florida. Highly recommend! Thank you Home2.

    Great stop over place in NC if your on a long trip south on 95. Large and very clean rooms . Self serve breakfast included. Very good value.

    This is a newer hotel, so everything is clean and fresh. They have an EV charger, but it is not free to the guests or the staff doesn't know. It was more expensive to charge my vehicle than it would be to buy gas.

    I stayed here on 5–6 Dec during a military move and chose Hilton because I always trust the brand. Check-in was smooth, but the room had a few cleanliness issues—several hairs in the shower area and a large hairball near the dining table. As a Diamond member, I normally experience higher consistency at Home2 properties. Staff was polite and the stay was otherwise fine, but the room should have been inspected more thoroughly before arrival. Hoping this helps improve quality control for future guests. I sent an email via the Hilton "Stay Feedback" tool to seek resolution.
