    This was a last minute, late night room needed. Destiny at the front desk, Amazing!! She was lively, helpful, and really treated me as a number one guest. She interacted with other patrons as if she knew them forever. I really appreciated her. Room was clean and comfortable. The shower head was the most fantastic shower head I've ever seen in a hotel, ever!! It had great pressure and the settings on it were easy to change especially for someone short. Breakfast was good (the waffles had the imprint of Hamptons logo!) and where the food is served looked as if it was just prepared and put out even though it had been hours. It was absolutely immaculate. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and beyond impressed. They also had pre-packaged paper bags for those in a hurry, no time to sit & eat. They can take a bag with breakfast items and move along. Dog treats at the front desk and area to fo laundry. If I was back in the area hands-down would stay here every time. Management is doing something right.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Experience at Hampton Inn & Suites Shelby! I had an incredible stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Shelby, and I have to give a special shout-out to Kassie at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she set the tone for the entire visit—warm, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was perfect. Kassie went above and beyond to help with anything I needed, always with a smile and an amazing attitude. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel this welcomed and taken care of, and she absolutely did. Her professionalism and kindness made my stay not just comfortable, but memorable. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-run—but Kassie’s exceptional service was the highlight. Hampton Inn & Suites Shelby is lucky to have her! Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. I’ll definitely be back. 🙌

    Our stay at the hotel was excellent! The rooms were very clean. A special thank you to Mr. Walker, who went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect. We’ll definitely be returning!

    It was very nice. The only thing we noticed a few bugs in the stairwell. My son likes to do the steps until we saw a few in each stairwell. He looked them up he thinks they are stink bugs
