Back to back broken rooms and no help from staff … no manager to talk to and god forbid you want to talk to the GM or owner, you will be handed a card with an email address. Incompetence at all levels including the owner. I had such a horrible experience without resolution that I canceled my Hilton Honors. 2 back to back broken rooms .. non working tubs and then they knowingly put us in a room with a broken A/C .. we were told that it works in one room ( 2 room suite) so 77 degrees was supposed to be ok. I PROMISE IF YOU STAY HERE AND COMPLAIN .. they will adjust your room by 10 dollars and then the owner will tell you don’t come back.

She was assured by the front desk the first night she checked in that the hotel is quiet and they have many day sleepers. Some rooms had refrigerators that barely kept drinks cool and others had moldy ceilings. She would be woken by the front desk asking her to move her car for picture taking only to be told nevermind after they woke her up. Housekeeping woke her up on her last day at 11 telling her she had to leave even though she had late checkout. We canceled the upcoming booked rooms.
