When we first checked in we went up to the room and before even going two feet my friend realized the door wouldn't lock, we tried moving around the door and lock but still nothing-realized the lock itself didn't fit into the hole for the lock so there was no chance it would work. We went back downstairs and the man at the desk was very apologetic and immediately gave us a new room which had no issues. Bathroom shower sucked-some pressure but water mostly came out of tub so it took a while to shower because you miss half the water. It was noisy-from room you can hear all the noise in the hallways...We thought there was no bathroom door and thought wow this is weird, no curtain no sliding door nothing then the morning we were checking out realized the door covering the closet slides to cover the bathroom…at least we realized-but when you’re in the bathroom you’d have no idea because you can’t see it at all, and there is no sign of a door or anything in sight. I would stay here again

Back to back broken rooms and no help from staff … no manager to talk to and god forbid you want to talk to the GM or owner, you will be handed a card with an email address. Incompetence at all levels including the owner. I had such a horrible experience without resolution that I canceled my Hilton Honors. 2 back to back broken rooms .. non working tubs and then they knowingly put us in a room with a broken A/C .. we were told that it works in one room ( 2 room suite) so 77 degrees was supposed to be ok. I PROMISE IF YOU STAY HERE AND COMPLAIN .. they will adjust your room by 10 dollars and then the owner will tell you don’t come back.
