Hotel
Our hotel is off US-64/I-95, a half-mile from Nash General Hospital and a short drive from local restaurants. Central Rocky Mount is five miles from our door, home to City Lake Park and the Rocky Mount Children’s Museum and Science Center. Enjoy our fitness center, games in the lobby, and daily free “top it” breakfast. WiFi and parking are on us.

- DCDana CochranNov 14, 20252.0OMG either I’ve got elephants above me or a moving company that never knows when it’s quitting time. The rooms echo because of the flooring. Cheap and you’re basically sleeping on what I call the board bed. A thin mattress on top of a wood platform. First time staying at Tru and definitely the last. Very disappointing and I’m tired, need to sleep so I can hit the road early. Might as well just go now, my car would be quieter, but I’d fear dozing off and crashing. UGH 4 back surgeries on a board bed with elephant people above, tired peeps beware!!!

We had to change room 3 times before we settled into a room that only had one bug present. I don’t understand how a prestigious hotel brand like Hilton has any kind of infestation at all.

No big deal, I used shampoo to shower. I checked out and figured I'd make the front desk aware. She just said, "I'll let them know." She handed me my statement, with no "Thank you" or even "Have a nice day." It's this kind of lack of basic caring about the customer experience that earns this place a 1 Star review.
