- HPHugh Palmer1 day ago3.0On a quick trip up North and decided to stop here for the night. From the moment I walked in the door It felt like I was inconveniencing the lady at the front desk. I simply asked for a baby cot for my daughter. (Keep in mind, I messaged hours in advance to see the availability of them having a cot. I’m still waiting on that response 😒) While I waited for that i went to the room to check the sheets as I always do before just plopping down on them. Found strands of hair between multiple layers 🤢. I opened the baby cot after getting it and it was so dirty and disgusting looked like some kind of “matter” possibly old puke. I brought it back and asked for a replacement which continued the saga of inconvenienced looks. But my kid is worth the uncomfortable confrontation. We got a replacement that was much better. The only reason that I gave the 3 star is because it still did the job but there were multiple unacceptable things during the stay that I KNOW does not meet HILTON standard.
