    12:30 am Called about a room sitting in there parking lot said they had rooms but I had to check in using the App!!! And was Immediately hung up on!!!!!! Tried to call back and they wouldn't pick up the phone! I didn't get the woman's name, but sounded like she was asleep at the desk and just woke up! Do NOT STAY HERE.

    Staff was very friendly and nice! They are currently doing renovations in the hotel so it's being updated. Even with the old decor The place is very clean and I would definitely recommend staying there again!

    Vivian at the front desk deserves accolades. She assisted us during this busy time. Rooms were mostly all taken but she took the time to find one. And meeting her in person the next day was a treat. I hope corporate treats Vivian well. She is an asset to the Hampton-Hilton family.

    This is an old outdated hotel with overused furnishings, worn carpets, mold on the bathroom tile, rust stains on the tub, and light fixtures next to the bed with electric outlets that don't worked. We stayed due to posted reviews but were thoroughly dissatisfied!

    The hotel is undergoing renovations. Each floor will, in turn, be renovated. This project is not expected to be finished until early next spring. My room was on the top (4th) floor. Unfortunately, the section of the roof directly above my room was the project of the day. I was jolted awake just after 7 am by the construction crew. Further sleep was impossible. I had a long drive ahead and was tired all day. The front desk should have warned me and provided a chance to get a different room. There is a general sign in the lobby about the work ("Pardon our dust," etc.), but it doesn't let one know exactly where on a given day the work will be performed. If you are not an early riser,, check on the location of the work ahead of time. Be warned.
