  First wanna give a good shout out to Evelyn at the front she was super courteous and always readily available to help. If she wasn't she was already assisting someone else she did a great job. Also the other staff did great breakfast was really delicious and always warm if they didnt have somethin they helped you find it or provided the service. Overall great place to stay. The rooms were not very sound resistant at all and I had to get my keycard changed a lot.

  To whom it may concern, This is to acknowledge that Miss Evelyn has been a fantastic help in providing excellent service in the kitchen area. Always a warm smile and greeting in the morning at breakfast time. She was very helpful in helping me enjoy a pleasant stay at this hotel.

  This hotel has been spectacular ! From the moment i called to ask about a room being available and getting to speak to Bree at the front desk about what the town and area was like , has been amazing the hotel staff and cleaning ladys are all super nice and helpful they pointed me to places to go and hang out or go see and do. I loved our stay here and im sad to go home, they made this hotel experience one of the best ive had in a long time my kids were hell on wheels wild and a bit loud at times the staff handled them with such care and kindness we felt very welcome even before we actually arrived. Breakfast isnt really to brag about but it does the job it was still great , just not the best. Tho i can say i only caught it a few times bc i kept misaing it by litteral minutes n they had the doors shut so dont take my word on it even if it was awful theres so many places near by to eat ur right in the middle of town , 8 mins from discovery kids to play , urgent cares down the road walmarts pracrically in the parking lot tons of eating and shopping places within a mile or 2 of the hotel. I cant say any more how wonderful this experience has been i will for sure be back even tho i have no reason to come to north carolina rockingham for anything. other than the discovery kids museum bc that place was amazing of course ! *** Thank you to the staff for all you did for us and your kindness we hope to see yall again someday

  I stayed at the Hilton Rockingham for 7 weeks while working on a project, and my experience was nothing short of excellent. The hotel is brand new, with great amenities including a pool, and it’s in a perfect location—Walmart is right next door and there are plenty of restaurants, food options, and laundromats within a 5-minute drive. But what truly made my stay memorable were the people. The front desk team—Gernie, Erica, Hailey, and Evlyn—were consistently warm, welcoming, and professional. Gernie is also a great artist—I even attached one of her works! Asya and the other ladies who prepared breakfast each morning always started my day with a smile and wonderful service. And the housekeeping team made sure I always returned to a clean room with fresh linen; they were cheerful, tireless, and genuinely committed to making guests comfortable. To everyone at Hilton Rockingham, a big thank you. You made my long stay feel like home, and I truly hope our paths cross again.
