They are consistently clean and tend to be quiet.I'm this particular case the experience was similar. The issues were: 1. No shampoo in the shower - the squirt bottle was empty. 2. The North door on the ground floor was broken and would not lock. Anyone could wander into the place. I discovered the broken door when loading the car the l to leave. I reported it to the front desk upon departing.

- BRBryan RafalkoDec 28, 20251.0Room was filthy a full of open cans of food and eggs and empty boxes and an unmade bed when we checked in initially on the 4th floor. I’ll also note most of the rooms were propped open on the floor. We immediately went to complain at the front desk and the rude manager or employee told us he couldn’t explain but we could leave. We finally got a second room on 6th floor that was clean. Another couple we met on the elevator had the same experience and were going to their third room. If I can figure out how to post the picture I took I will. Expect to be charged too much (we paid $268 for one night) and rude service in an uncomfortable and run down environment.

From the hot apple cider in the lobby on arrival, to the list of local vets and the "pet at play" tag for our door, this was one of my better Hampton experiences. Not to mention Cracker Barrel was walking distance from the front door.
- TFT FOct 29, 20255.0This was an excellent stay from the extremely nice and cordial staff to the cleanliness of the room. There was not one thing wrong with this hotel and the price was just right. Cracker Barrel right next door made it all that much better
