  Similar to another experience from a reviewer “Lindsay Robertson” in regards to an item that was left. My cousin stayed at this hotel a day before he left to go back to Colorado. He was here for a family Airbnb stay. I left the Airbnb early and left my coat there by accident. My cousin said he would just hold on to it as he would be stay at the Tempo Hilton with his girlfriend a day before heading back to Colorado. He gave it to the hotel staff when he checked out. I called immediately after to confirm they have it. I attempt to retrieve my coat yesterday and to my surprise just like a similar reviewer Lindsay my item is missing and I’m getting nowhere at this point. Apparently you all have an insider stealing peoples belongings.

  I was a bit disappointed with how much we spent to stay one night here, for what we actually got out of our stay. Everything is a price grab. You’d think that $230 for one night would be enough but no, for that you just get a bed to sleep on. $30 for parking??? Breakfast not included, you need to spend more on that as well. We got the view of people sitting in jail cells from our hotel room. Our room had someone’s (I’m assuming whoever cleaned the rooms) hair all over, which felt kind of gross. You can hear EVERYTHING through the walls. We could hear people in the room next to us talking and playing music all night. Back to the fact that we spent $250 for us to be able to be checked in from 3pm-11am. A bit of a robbery if you ask me.

  I didn’t even get a chance to stay. I purchased tickets to their NYE party (tickets weren’t cheap) and “thought” I booked a room for NYE as well but when I received my confirmation email, I realized that I had chosen the wrong date so I contacted the property immediately but never heard back. When I reached out to the property today, they said there was nothing they could do since I was a “no show”. They didn’t seem sympathetic or show any empathy at all. $250 down the drain, sucks even more in this economy.

  Our favorite Hilton in Raleigh. Great location for concerts at Red Hat. It smells amazing inside and the rooms are spotless. If you’re not crazy about the “free” breakfast, theirs will change your mind. They’ve had breakfast tacos and chia pudding each time we’ve stayed.
