My wife had business in Raleigh again so I decided to come with her again. So when I didn't see Dennis I asked and I was told he no longer works there. The new guy, I believe his name was Alex or something, he was very rude and passive. No smiles no greetings. Dennis really knew how to treat the guest and he was definitely a breath of fresh air. We will not be coming back
Everyone has been so kind and helpful! I’m a lil on the old side and the valet was so nice, he took my bags up to my room for me. I was pleasantly surprised to see a hand held shower head!!! But, being a short person, I almost needed a step stool to reach it! This is a new hotel and is absolutely beautiful!!

Hello , i recently visited this beautiful establishment & woman at the front , hosting desk, was very rude when i entered the establishment with questions about rooming and prices ,, so rude to the point i had urges to find a new hotel ,,in the mist of the the rude and rushed toned responses , i witnessed her being rude to a fellow employee. by that point i knew i would be making a review about this unacceptable behavior. i encourage & hope a course of action is taken against her ,, i do not know her name but she claimed to be the manager , she has blonde hair , tall & slim & blue eyes! i will be returning in hopes to see this has been handled in some form. thank you for your time .

I stayed for a weekend trip to Raleigh with my family and it was a great experience thanks to Ronni! One of my parents has a health condition that causes strict dietary restrictions and requires additional rest (sleep). Ronni made sure we were able to get an early check in when I got there so my parent could sleep and she made sure my parent’s food that I brought was warm. The room was very clean and the valet was very accommodating. I would recommend Tempo Hilton to anyone staying in the Raleigh area and make sure you check in with Ronni!

Well, I must say I was sorely disappointed in this hotel. TLDR: The staff is what is resulting in this 2 star review.
From the moment I checked in, things started off on the not-so-good foot. The receptionists at the front desk were not friendly at all. This would be a trend for the duration of my stay: one receptionist, a male (you’ll know who he is should you decide to stay here, which I don’t recommend) is downright rude, most others were apathetic, and one, a female, was actually really good.
Now onto the valet. The valet (which is mandatory) is $30 per night. It is located on the second floor of the attached parking structure. The staff working the valet leaves a lot to be desired. Again, there are some bright spots, one gentleman was very nice, but overall very unfriendly, and not even very good at their jobs as they brought me the wrong car once, and couldn’t find my car another day. Also, something no ridiculous is that the parking structure will fill up to max capacity, and the hotel staff basically leaves it up to you to figure out a solution. Well the solution ends up being parking in another paid lot, so yours getting double charged at this point, because Hilton charges you $30 per night regardless of if there is parking available or not.
The only reason tempo is getting two stars instead of one is because the men and women working the breakfast were outstanding. Accommodating, professional, kind. They were the bright light in this otherwise dim establishment. Bottomline, I would go to a Marriot before I would stay here again, and I’ve been Hilton Honors for over 10 years. That bad.
