Glad to see recycling available in rooms and in the hallways. Enjoyed weekday happy hour and the cookies. Didn't care for the bathroom door, which was a slider that left a gap where you could hear everything going on in there, and the towels were thin and flimsy.

There is a crack where you can easily see inside and it doesn’t lock. Staff was very accommodating and the location is great being so close to the horse complex.

Contacted the front desk and they offered to move me rooms after saying “I am not sure how to handle this I need to call my manager.” I decided to move hotels because if there are bed bugs in one room chances are they are all over! No manager call or contact. Was on a business trip and still waiting for a refund. That’s the least they can do. Terrible customer service! Also when I contacted the manager Denzel, he claims a company came to check it out and that they only found an ant. Since when do ants bite you in clusters and have an oval shaped body. LOL. I have traveled for business for 10 years and this isn’t my first time coming across this type of thing. The funny thing is not even a phone call happened to tell me that is what was found! If someone leaves your property for bed bugs you should probably contact them right away. Horrible customer service. Skip this hotel.
