It was roomy and clean. The water was hot, internet was reliable. The staff was very friendly and nice. The breakfast was more than adequate. I also found the location perfect because everything I needed to do for work was with in a 20-minute drive.

Nice room but sheets were dirty and half of bed you could feel the springs coming through. Also limited channels on TV. Would not recommend.

Checking in the receptionist were very polite. Was told what the accommodations were was given a key went to my room. My first impressions of the room it looks nice but unfortunately I have a eye for detail. The TV had something that was spilled on it and looked like it had dripped down the screen. The front of the stainless steel dishwasher, had dried food on the front of it and was not properly cleaned. They had a floor lamp that was so wobbly it was propped up by the mini couch they had in the sitting area. There was supposed to have accommodating hot chocolate and coffee unfortunately when I went down about 1:00 in the morning there was no hot water I informed the lady at the front desk I don't know what her name is but she said okay and did nothing about it so unfortunately I had to throw my cup of hot chocolate away that had no water. They told me the pool was out of order. My key kept getting me stuck in the elevator and I was on the third floor. Didn't even know I needed a key to operate the elevator knew nothing about it. That would have been a good bit of information to have when I'm carrying in bags and no free hands just a finger to push a button I had to put everything down pull out the card hold it up to the card reader to get the elevator to read third floor and it kept telling me some error but I finally got it to work. We rented the room Christmas Eve into Christmas Day paid extra to have a late check out, which they accommodated.

Everything about the hotel is great. The only bad thing is, there is a giant construction site and they are Jack hammering right next door. I wish I would've known before booking here again.

Edited to say they have a fantastic breakfast buffet! I don't usually eat breakfast but wow! Lots of proteins and breads waffles milk fruit oatmeal and more. Beautiful luxury hotel at half the price you'd expect to pay. I booked online and check in was fast and easy. Plenty of handicap parking right out front.. Dishes and dishwasher! Large fridge and microwave. Most comfortable beds even sofabed which my handicap son slept on fine. I appreciate that every room has one because I can get him into that easier. Staff friendly and helpful. Refreshments and food for purchase in lobby. Round the clock coffee bar. Very clean and updated hotel. Lots of amenities like indoor pool and fitness. There are fire pits outside they light on request! I only regret that I just need one night as I am in town helping daughter move. This brand will be my go to from now on.
