  The breakfast staff this morning (12/23/25) — absolutely top notch, gems of humans. They went above and beyond to make my little girls’ day special. This was a meaningful holiday trip for us and they treated them (us) like royalty, with the warmest of smiles. Thank you for making our day.

  El hotel esta hermoso, tanto mi habitación como sus alrededores están limpios, los trabajadores son amables y respetuosos, el hotel cuenta con piscina adentro que puedes estar en ella aunque haya frío porq esta caliente el agua, también en esa área tienen toallas para secarte, tiene un Gym cerca de la piscina, en la habitación todos los días ponen toallas y limpian, las sábanas están limpias al igual q las almohadas, tiene un pequeño refrigerador, un área de café y té, un closet para poner tu ropa y caja fuerte y es muy tranquilo.

  The hotel is conveniently located near the hospital where my husband had appointments. Our room is nasty. The bathroom ceiling has large stains on the ceiling. The ceiling is peeling in places. The bath towel I used had holes in it. The wallpaper on the walls is curling up. Our view is of an outside wall approximately 3 feet away. I am sure the room is as clean as it can ever get, it is just old and not appealing. The staff here is friendly and helpful.

  The rooms were not clean.There was dust on the lamps and tables. There was a dirty wash cloth on the sink counter in the bathroom. Water and toothpaste stains on the mirror and on the faucet and sink. The were tiny insects crawling on the bedside table I had to smash. There was a gap under the door so you could hear anyone that passes by and everthing that went on in the hall way. The walls were so thin I could hear all the was going on in the next room and I was on a floor that had dogs who barked all night . I could not get any sleep I had to check out before my time . I was supposed to stay two night but I just couldn’t take it .

  RRRRRR - rrrrrr. All night long. Loud, vibrating air conditioner - with broken / defeated? fan controls that did not work. One night there was a large boisterous crowd @ elevator and then elsewhere that woke me - 2:30, and kept the racket going for an hour. Another night, neighbors show up @ 12 pm jawing with screaming children, repeatedly slamming their door against the security bail, banging on the bathroom fixtures. No USB charging ports. Dirty window. Smug / snarky desk clerks. Palpable contempt for the customer. Person in our group called desk @ 1 am in re ANOTHER multi-hour party of many people raging on their floor. Called twice. Desk response to complaint the next morning? "Did they stay in their room?" Complete contempt for customer. Curation of guests for acceptable hotel behaviour is _your_ problem: we just collect the money; "Have a nice day". Not staying there again. There are better options in this area. I have stayed at one of them multiple times.
