Recently stayed here and was beyond disappointed. There was mold everywhere and asked if they could come clean it. They came in to clean and were even more upset to find out that they didn’t even touch the most problematic areas. The shower was truly disgusting. They offered to switch us rooms (which was more inconvenient than them coming to clean) and the new room was still moldy. The ice maker on the first floor was filled with mold, as well. Additionally, the water in the shower gets lukewarm AT BEST. The quality and service was no where near worth the price. If we could have gotten our money back to leave, we would have. It was a horrible experience for my girlfriend and I.

I stayed at Hilton Raleigh North Hills from 11/14–11/16 and was very disappointed, especially given Hilton-level pricing. I am mobility-compromised, and several basic amenities and service issues made my stay unnecessarily difficult.
My room had no microwave, and the hotel did not provide a community microwave anywhere on the property. I reported that my room phone wasn’t working—I needed it for wake-up calls—and it was never repaired during my entire stay. There were no cellphone charging ports, which is surprising for a modern hotel.
I also reported that my tub was clogged, but the front desk employee didn’t even ask for my room number, and the issue was never addressed.
I’ve had better service and responsiveness at budget hotels like Motel 6. For a Hilton, this experience was extremely disappointing, and I expected far more attention to basic guest needs, especially for guests with mobility limitations.

For several years our company has always put our guests at the North Hills Hilton (formerly known as the North Raleigh Hilton).
NEVER again. This has happened before but I have finally had enough. I called to modify two reservations. “Sean” helped me with one, then said he needed to put me on a “brief hold” only to never come back. I held until the call dropped on their end. I called back only to be routed to hold again, ringing to the voicemail of a staff member in another department.
I am a loyal Hilton Honors member (silver, gold, or diamond depending on the time of year). I will be taking my/our business to Marriott.
This is very disappointing.

October 27 - 30 , 2025 - Surprise ! My wife and I drove to Raleigh for our daughter’s early delivery of a baby girl ! Disappointed with our 3 day stay at the Hilton Hotel 😳
Our attention was on the early arrival of a 3 lb. baby girl , and our daughter’s medical care at a wonderful REX Center for Women !
I’m hesitant about even writing this review, our thoughts are centered on the health of our new Granddaughter & Daughter as she recovers .
Usually my reviews are long & detailed, but I only have one over-all comment about this Hilton in North Hills. . . No Room Service?
We didn’t see anyone come in to clean our room. . . check towels, replace low supplies, no coffee by the 2 nd day. We’d call down to the front desk . . . In between our back & forth hospital trips.
I did stop to question a room service staff employee about room cleaning routines?
The employee said several people called “ out” that day . Seems a solution would be hire more staff for daily absences, or offer pay raise to attract interested employees?
Management needs to be involved ! 👍👍
