Parking is a nightmare for guests who are paying when there is a function going on at their conference center! They seem to only care about those paying guests and not the ones who are actually renting rooms. Parking is VERY limited. Even more so with the current construction! Spaces are tight. While there a wedding reception was happening. Instead of having those guest park at an alternative location and being shuttled in, those guests came in and scooped up all of the parking for patrons of the hotel PLUS all of the neighboring hotels! I reached out and received a half hearted response. Also, dining at the restaurant is indicated incorrectly on their website. They do NOT offer lunch, nor are they continually open from 6am-10pm weekdays and 7am-10pm weekends. We let management know their website states this, which is misleading because we chose this hotel based on being able to eat on site.

However, the General Manager Jenn Watson contacted me directly and did everything possible to get us fantastic accommodations at another location nearby. I really cannot ask for more from her.
